The breakfast room was acceptable, I suppose. The staff seemed reasonably cute.
I found a major issue, the bathroom tap only dispensed cold water. The sensor placement made it impossible to keep the water running continuously. using the shower caused the entire bathroom to flood. This was particularly annoying.

The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. I felt really welcome. i liked the walking path around the marina, it was perfect for morning jogs. i found a shopping mall really close by. This made it so easy to grab anything i needed.
my room faced the road and it could get a little noisy at times.

The rooftop pool offers a great view. It overlooks the marina. the hotel gym has modern equipment. I was able to keep up with my workouts. the hotel has a restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!!

the service was amazing!!! all staff were so hospitable. they were cute and helpful. special thank you to jerry, dairi and amil! the hotel is super clean and modern. it has a very nice aesthetic.
the hotel had a business type feeling i must admit. there was a mix up with my room when i arrived. i had to wait a few hours after checking in to get the key. my partner had emailed the hotel in advance for my birthday but there was nothing special in the room, no decorations at all.

the staff was consistently attentive and helpful. the room was very clean, and the marina view from the balcony was fine (it was a highlight of my stay). the gym had modern equipment, and i appreciated its availability 24/7.
i found the room service menu somewhat limited, with fewer options than i expected from a hotel of this caliber.
